FRANKFURT, March 21 (Reuters) - The following are some of 
the factors that may move German stocks on Tuesday:

    Full Q4 results, news conference due. The carmaker reported 
preliminary figures on March 9, with startup costs for its new 5 
Series model contributed to lower-than-expected 2016 operating

    Subscription period for capital increase due to begin.

    Unlike rival Siemens, General Electric  GE.N  has no plans

Executive John Flannery told German daily Handelsblatt. 
         
    VOLKSWAGEN  VOWG_p.DE , PORSCHE SE  PSHG_p.DE  
    Annual results due from Porsche SE, the company that 
controls Volkswagen. 
     
    BILFINGER  GBFG.DE  
    Personnel chief Michael Bernhardt said voluntary 
redundancies at the industrial services company's headquarters 
had been completed, according to an interview in daily 
Mannheimer Morgen. 
         
    DEUTSCHE WOHNEN  DWNG.DE  
    Q4 results due. The group published preliminary 2016 figures 
on Feb. 21, saying its annual funds from operations (FFO I) 
jumped 26 percent to 384 million euros ($413 million).
