Wall Street's main indexes on Tuesday bounced back from a heavy selloff, led by technology stocks, on hopes of the U.S. opening up for negotiations on its aggressive tariffs.  .N

At  11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 1.97% at 38,713.36.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 1.95% at 5,160.92, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 2.29% at 15,961.33.
