** WD-40 Company  WDFC.O  shares down 3% on thin premarket
volume to $256 after quarterly earnings and full-year earnings
forecast miss estimates
** San-Diego-based household products maker late Thurs posted
fiscal Q4 adj EPS of $1.23, compared to $1.21 a yr ago, and said
sees 2025 adj EPS of $5.20-$5.45
    ** Avg estimate among 2 analysts called for Q4 earnings of
$1.34 and earnings of $5.68 for 2025
    ** However, Q4 sales grew 11% y/y to ~$156 mln, topping
estimate by $7 mln
    ** D.A. Davidson, which rates WDFC 'buy', raises PT from
$303 to $322
    ** Through Thurs, stock up ~11% YTD
