** Jefferies cuts PT on B2B travel services firm Web Travel WEB.AX to A$5 from A$5.30; retains "Hold" rating

** Brokerage says co's ambitious 2030 A$10 billion Total Transaction Value (TTV) target may lead to accepting lower margins from suppliers

** Reiterates concerns about co's TTV growth outpacing peers and its below-peers take rate

** Adds, while the opex outlook appears positive, discounting poses risks

** WEB on Wednesday reported full-year net profit attributable of A$201.5 million ($129.40 million), up 196% YoY

** Stock up 14.60% YTD
