** Stock logs its biggest intraday pct gain since March 7, 2016

       ** Online travel agency receives takeover offer from ASX-listed Helloworld Travel HLO.AX to acquire all of co's shares HLL does not already own

       ** WJL says offer price of A$0.90/share is 19% premium to stock's last close

       ** HLL currently has a 17.27% stake in WJL

 ** Jefferies says buyout offer is "very attractive"

 ** Maintains "hold" rating and price target of A$0.81

** Stock down over 1% this year, including the day's move
