    * Unit has been awarded tender of a land parcel at fernvale 
road, singapore by urban redevelopment authority 
    * Wee hur development and sing development will form a jv in 
singapore to undertake a condominium development on the land 
parcel 
    * Deal at tender price of s$287.1 million 
    * Transaction is not expected to have a material impact on 
consolidated earnings per share of company for financial year 
ending 31 december 2016
