** Set for fourth consecutive session of gain

** Memory technology co says it has sent its advanced memory test chip for manufacturing at power chipmaker onsemi's New York facility

** Says chips will undergo final testing for potential use in onsemi's future automotive, others

     ** About 1.1 mln shares traded, 1.5x the 30-day average

     ** YTD stock up 3.9 %, including current session's move
