A$2.45, posting their biggest intraday percentage gain since
July 8
    ** Stock hits its highest level since July 18
    ** Memory technology co says South Korea's chipmaker DB
HiTek  000990.KS  has made a demo chip integrating WBT's random
access memory modules
    ** Says demo chip will be used for testing ahead of customer
production
    ** Stock trims YTD losses to 44.3%, including session's
moves
