** Memory technology co secures license agreement with Texas Instruments TXN.O to integrate its ReRAM technology into the latter's advanced process nodes for embedded processing semiconductors

** Announces minimum FY26 revenue guidance of A$10 million ($6.71 million)

** Stock is up 52.5% YTD, including the session's moves
