Company Secretary Change 
 
 Andrew Neilson, Director of Strategy and Corporate Affairs will become
interim Company Secretary of The Weir Group PLC with effect from 18
December.  The appointment is in addition to Andrew's other responsibilities.

 
 A recruitment process is underway to select a successor to Keith Ruddock,
current Company Secretary and General Counsel, who it was announced in
September, would be retiring from the Group at the end of 2015.  
 
 An announcement regarding a permanent successor will be made in due course.
