 Notification of PDMR shareholding 
 
 On 9 November 2015, Keith Ruddock, Group General Counsel & Company Secretary,
notified the Company that on 9 November 2015 his spouse, Rosemary Campbell,
purchased 17 shares at a price of 1,184.34p under a dividend reinvestment
scheme.  The transaction took place in London. 
 
 As a result of the above transaction, Rosemary Campbell's holding in the
Company has increased to 1,380 ordinary shares of 12.5p each and Keith
Ruddock's holding is 1,785.
