 The Weir Group PLC hereby announces that Ricardo Garib, Divisional Managing
Director for the Weir Minerals Division, holds 116,568 shares in The Weir
Group PLC both directly and through nominee accounts.  Ricardo has also been
granted options under the Weir Group Long Term Incentive Plan over 14,444
Performance Shares in 2013, 11,897 Performance Shares in 2014 and 18,853
Performance Shares in 2015.  Under the Weir Group Deferred Bonus Plan,
Ricardo was granted a conditional award of 1,855 Matching Shares and 1,855
Strategic Shares in 2013.
