Additional Listing
The Weir Group PLC ("the Company") announces that a listing application has been made for 593,934 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
These ordinary shares are to be issued in connection with the acquisition of Delta Industrial Valves Inc. as separately announced today. The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the shares is expected on 8 July 2015, at which point the transaction becomes unconditional and completion will take place.
