 Company Secretary Change 
 
 Christopher Morgan has been appointed as General Counsel and Company
Secretary of The Weir Group PLC with effect from 1st May 2016.  Christopher
joined the Group in April 2014 as Deputy General Counsel, having previously
been General Counsel of Balfour Beatty's Rail Division. 
 
 Christopher succeeds Keith Ruddock who retired at the end of 2015.  Andrew
Neilson, Director of Strategy and Corporate Affairs, had been serving as
Interim Company Secretary while a recruitment process was undertaken.
