The Weir Group PLC has received notification from Dean Jenkins, Divisional Managing Director, that on 21 August 2015 he purchased 1,500 Ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each, at a price of 1320 pence per share.
As a result, Mr Jenkins' interest in the ordinary share capital of The Weir Group PLC is 17,367 shares.
