The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") received notification on 27 June 2016 from John Mogford, Non-Executive Director, that on 6 June 2016 he acquired 300 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence in the Company through the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme. The shares were acquired at 1161.4 pence per share (the Scrip Dividend Scheme Reference Share Price).
    
As a result, John Mogford's shareholding in the ordinary share capital of the Company is 12,331 shares.
    
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.
