Alan Ferguson, a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of The Weir Group PLC, was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Marshall Motor Holdings plc with effect from 11 March 2015. Marshall Motor Holdings plc is being admitted to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) with effect from today.
