In accordance with the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the DTR) we hereby notify that as at 1 September 2015, The Weir Group PLC (the Company's) capital consisted of 214,679,385 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (Shares) in issue. The number of Shares held in Treasury was 703,307.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 213,976,078.
The above figure 213,976,078 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
