In accordance with the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the DTR), The Weir Group PLC (the Company) hereby notifies that as at 30 June 2016, the Company's capital consisted of 217,227,872 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (Shares) in issue. The number of Shares held in Treasury was 703,307.
    
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 216,524,565.
    
The above figure 216,524,565 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
