2022 Annual Report and 2023 Annual General Meeting

 

The Weir Group PLC ("Weir") announces that the following documents have today

 1.  Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2022
     (the "2022 Annual Report");
 2.  Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting; and
 3.  Form of Proxy for the 2023 Annual General Meeting.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each of the above documents
(including the 2022 Annual Report in structured electronic format) have been
