2023 Annual Report and 2024 Annual General Meeting

 

The Weir Group PLC ("Weir") announces that the following documents have today
been posted or otherwise made available to Shareholders:

 

 1.  Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2023
     (the "2023 Annual Report");
 2.  Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting; and
 3.  Form of Proxy for the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
