2025 Annual Report and 2026 Annual General Meeting

 

The Weir Group PLC ("the Company") announces that the following documents have
today been posted or otherwise made available to Shareholders:

 

 1.  Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2025
     (the "2025 Annual Report");
 2.  Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting; and
 3.  Form of Proxy for the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1 and 6.4.3, a copy of each of the
