Additional Listing 
The Weir Group PLC ("the Company") announces that a listing application will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority for 5,060,237 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the ordinary shares to be admitted to trading.
The ordinary shares are to be issued in connection with the acquisition by the Company of KOP Surface Products as separately announced by the Company on 12 June 2017. Admission of the shares is expected on 19 July 2017.
