Appointment of Senior Independent Director

 

The Weir Group PLC announces that Sir Jim McDonald will succeed Barbara
Jeremiah, Chair-Designate, as Senior Independent Director at the conclusion of
the Company's Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2022.

 

Sir Jim McDonald has been a Non-Executive Director of The Weir Group PLC since
1 January 2015 and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.  Sir
