The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") hereby announces that on 13 March 2017 Jon Stanton, PDMR, transferred 12,142 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company from an Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Ltd account held in the name of his wife Rachel Stanton, to an Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Ltd account held in his own name. The shares were transferred as a gift at nil consideration.
