The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") hereby announces that the PDMR noted below
transferred 109,087 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company for nil
consideration to a nominee account. Following the transfer, the PDMR's
beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
