Weir announces appointment of new Chief People Officer
The Weir Group PLC ("Weir" or "the Group") announces the appointment of Rosemary McGinness to its Group Executive as Chief People Officer (CPO). 
Rosemary will join Weir in the summer from international spirits company William Grant & Sons, where she has been Global Human Resources Director for the past 12 years. Her previous roles include Senior Vice-President, Human Resources, of Bowne Business Solutions in the United States and Human Resources Director of William Lea in London. 
Rosemary will succeed current CPO Pauline Lafferty, who will leave Weir after six years' service in the summer.
