Scrip Dividend
Further to the announcement made on 28 September 2017, The Weir Group PLC ("the Company") confirms that shareholders representing 106,898,653 ordinary shares have elected to participate in the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme. Accordingly, an application will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority for 857,635 new ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the ordinary shares to be admitted to trading. Dealings in the ordinary shares are expected to commence on 3 November 2017.
