The Weir Group PLC Scrip Dividend Scheme - Scrip Reference Share Price
 
On 28 February 2018, The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") announced its results for the period ended 31 December 2017 and declared a Final dividend of 29.0p (the "2017 Final Dividend").
 
The Company confirms that the Scrip Reference Share Price for the fully paid ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the Scrip Dividend for the 2017 Final Dividend, payable on 4 June 2018, will be 2,161.8p per share.
 
This figure is equal to the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange for the five dealing days commencing on 26 April 2018, being the day on which the Company's ordinary shares were first quoted "ex dividend".
 
A letter summarising how Shareholders can participate in the Scrip Scheme, together with the terms and conditions are available on the Company's website at www.investors.weir.
 
The deadline by which Shareholders can elect to participate in the Scrip Scheme is 23 May 2018. The timetable for the 2017 Final Dividend is as follows:
