In accordance with the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the DTR), The Weir Group PLC (the Company) hereby notifies that as at 30 April 2018, the Company's capital consisted of 241,390,791 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (Shares) in issue. The number of Shares held in Treasury is 211,322.
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 241,179,469.
 
The above figure 241,179,469 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
