Weir Capital Markets Event - spotlight on growth and digital strategy

The Weir Group PLC will hold a Capital Markets Event today via live webcast.

The event will cover our full business, with a particular spotlight on how our
software strategy enhances our customer proposition and value-creation
opportunities.

 

Our full year guidance for growth in constant currency revenue and operating
profit, operating margins of circa 20% and delivery of free operating cash
conversion of between 90% and 100% as of 31 July 2025 remain unchanged.
