** Co set to post largest intraday pct jump since Jul. 1
** Livestock vessel carrier says co has reached agreement to
secure full ownership of a freight ship from Ruchira Ships
** Co will pay $5 mln to KPMG Singapore, Ruchira's
liquidators
** More than 537,000 shares changed hands vs 30-day avg
volume of 21,048 shares
