Wellnex Life Limited (ASX/AIM: WNX)

 

Issue of Shares

 

Wellnex Life Limited ("Wellnex" or the "Company") (ASX/AIM: WNX), announces
the issue of 2,183,948 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a reference price of A$0.22 (£0.11) per share, in lieu
of cash fees due for capital markets transaction services, including the dual
listing on AIM, and investor relations purposes. 1,953,948 of the Ordinary
Shares being issued are being issued to Reach Markets Pty Ltd or its nominees.

 

Admission and Total Voting Rights

Application has been made for admission of the 2,183,948 Ordinary Shares to
trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and
dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around
8 October 2025.

The new Ordinary Shares are being issued fully paid and ranking pari passu in
all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise of
69,955,476 Ordinary Shares, none of which are held in treasury. Accordingly,
the figure of 69,955,476 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and the
provisions of the Company's constitution.
