Issue of Shares

Wellnex Life Limited (ASX/AIM: WNX) ("Wellnex Life" or the "Company")
announces that it is has agreed full and final settlement with former
corporate advisors regarding outstanding fees relating to past corporate
advisory and capital-raising services.

Wellnex Life will issue a total of 3,071,336 fully paid ordinary shares (New
Shares) at a reference price (deemed issue price) of A$0.074 per New Share
being the ASX closing price on 26 March 2026. The New Shares will be issued
under the Company's existing Listing Rule 7.1 placement capacity.

AIM Application and Total Voting Rights

Application has been made for the admission of the New Shares to trading on
AIM. It is expected that, admission will become effective and dealings in the
New Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. (UK time) on or around 2 April
2026. An Appendix 3B will be lodged with the ASX separately in relation to the
issue of Shares.

The New Shares are being issued fully paid and ranking pari passu in all
respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise of
73,026,812 ordinary shares, none of which are held in treasury. Accordingly,
the figure of 73,026,812 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and the
provisions of the Company's constitution.
