Update on Loan Repayment

 

 

Wellnex Life Limited ("Wellnex" or the "Company") (ASX | AIM: WNX), announces
that, further to the Company's announcement on 21 October 2025 regarding the
repayment of the loan provided by Zack Bozinovski and his wife (the "Loan"),
the parties have reached an agreement on a repayment schedule, with the
majority of the Loan repayable on 20 April 2026, when he concludes his
employment with the Group.

 

This ASX/AIM announcement has been authorised by the Board of Wellnex Life
