Company Update

 

Divestment of The Iron Company

 

Wellnex Life Limited ("Wellnex" or the "Company") (ASX:WNX  AIM:WNX), an
innovative consumer healthcare business with a track record for developing,
licensing, and marketing products and brands to customers in the growing
healthcare market segment, is pleased to provide the following update.

 

After the successful listing on London's AIM market in March this year, the
Board commenced an internal review of its operations to identify key brand
assets to focus on, and invest in, over the medium to long term.

 

As part of this ongoing review, the Company has divested the assets of The
Iron Company brand to CW Retail Holdings Pty Ltd (part of the Chemist
Warehouse group), effective 30(th) June 2025 for no cash consideration, in
lieu of trade activity that supports our Pain Away, Wakey Wakey and Nighty
Night brands within the Chemist Warehouse group.

 

Joint CEO Zack Bozinovski commented "The Iron Company brand contributed less
than 0.5% to Wellnex's gross margins and with our renewed strategy to focus on
our key major brands such as Pain Away, Wakey Wakey and Nighty Night, the
Company has taken the opportunity to divest the brand.".
