Issuance of Notice
 
On 28 December 2018, Wells Fargo & Company issued a Notice (the "Notice") to the holders of each of the series of notes (the "Notes") set out in Appendix 1 of the Notice regarding the Calculation Agent's method for determining the Early Termination Amount and Early Redemption Amount (Tax) due in respect of the relevant Notes.  Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the trust deed dated 18 December 2009 (as supplemented, amended and restated from time to time) pursuant to which each Series of the Notes was issued.
