Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The following prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority
and is available for viewing:

Supplementary prospectus dated 26 February 2024 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") further supplementing the base prospectus dated 6 April 2023
relating to the Wells Fargo & Company U.S.$50,000,000,000 euro medium term
note programme, as supplemented by the supplementary prospectuses dated 25 May
2023, 29 August 2023, 14 November 2023 and 18 January 2024 (the "Base
Prospectus").
