Healthcare REIT Welltower to buy 25 properties from housing developer for older adults

Feb 13 (Reuters) - Welltower Inc WELL.N , a healthcare
real estate investment trust, said on Tuesday it was acquiring a
portfolio of 25 properties from Affinity Living Communities, a
private developer of housing for older adults, for $969 million.
