Welltower rises after lifting 2024 funds from operations forecast

    ** The healthcare REIT on Monday said it expects 2024
normalized funds from operations (FFO) in the range of $4.27 to
$4.33/shr vs prior view of $4.13 to $4.21/shr
    ** Co's Q3 normalized FFO rose 20.7% to $1.11/shr
    ** WELL's Q3 EPS jumped to 73 cents from 24 cents a year ago
    ** Up to last close, stock up 44.8% YTD
