 * Welspun Enterprises achieves India's first financial closure for a hybrid 
   annuity model project 
 * Project cost of 8.42 billion rupees; project will be 40 percent funded by 
   NHAI 
 * Balance 60 percent has been arranged by co by way of mix of debt and equity 
 * Project to be developed in 2.5 years
