** Shares of Welspun Enterprises  WELS.NS  up 6.5% at 335.15

    ** The engineering firm secured a contract to design, build,
and operate a 2,000 million litres per day water treatment plant
project valued at 41.24 billion rupees ($497.7 mln)
    ** Stock has been trading above its 200-day moving average
since last April
    ** WELS on track to snap three consecutive weeks of losses,
it trend holds
    ** WELS up 1.7% YTD after an ~106% surge in 2023
