** Infra co gets L1 bidder status for construction of six-lane partially elevated highway corridor with project cost of 73 bln rupees ($822.3 mln), Panjrapur water treatment plant with bid value of 31.45 bln rupees

** Says co to consider issue of convertible warrants

** More than 304,000 shares traded, above 30-day moving avg

** WELS last up 2.1%, trims YTD losses to 14.4%
