June 25 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

WENDEL MWDP.PA
The company said it was in discussions with Safran to acquire
Preligens, a leader in artificial intelligence for aerospace and
defense.
AIR LIQUIDE AIRP.PA
French gas company Air Liquide has been selected to invest up to
$850 million in largest low-carbon oxygen production in America.
TRIGANO TRIA.PA
French company Trigano published Q3 sales up 10.8% year-on-year
at 1.15 billion euros .
SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE SOGN.PA
Société Générale announced the completion of its 279.8 million
euros share buyback program
AIRBUS AIR.PA
The aircraft manufacturer reduced its target for total aircraft
deliveries in 2024 from around 800 to around 770, and postponed
its production forecast of 75 single-aisle aircraft per month by
one year to 2027. It also announced that a charge of 900 million
euros had been recorded in its accounts for the first half of
the year.
EUROFINS SCIENTIFIC EUFI.PA
The company denied allegations of financial wrongdoing made by
hedge fund Muddy Waters, adding that the French scientific
laboratory group would provide a detailed response to these
accusations "in due course".
