Wereldhave N.V. announces that its Supervisory intends to propose Mr Adriaan
Nuhn for nomination as a Supervisory Board member. He is to become the Chairman
of the Supervisory Board, when Mr. Joop van Oosten will retire in April 2017,
having reached the maximum term in office. 
The nomination of Mr. Nuhn will be put on the agenda for the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders, to be held in April 2017. Until that date, Mr. Nuhn
will attend the meetings of the Supervisory Board as an observor. 
Mr Nuhn (1953) has extensive international executive and non-executive
boardroom experience. Since 1990, he held several positions at Sara Lee, where
he was member of the Board of Directors of Sara Lee Corporation and CEO of Sara
Lee International/DE from 2003 to 2008. Before, he worked for Procter&Gamble.
Currently, Mr. Nuhn is Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Sligro (until
mid-2017) and non-executive board member of Cloetta AB Sweden.

Wereldhave N.V. maakt bekend dat de Raad van Commissarissen het voornemen heeft
de heer Adriaan Nuhn voor te dragen als commissaris. Hij is de beoogd
Voorzitter van de Raad van Commissarissen, nadat de heer Joop van Oosten in
april 2017 zal terugtreden wanneer hij zijn benoemingstermijn heeft volbracht. 
De benoeming van de heer Nuhn komt op de agenda te staan van de algemene
vergadering van aandeelhouders van april 2017. Tot die tijd zal de heer Nuhn de
vergaderingen van de Raad van Commissarissen bijwonen als toehoorder. 
De heer Nuhn (1953) heeft een ruime internationale ervaring als bestuurder en
toezichthouder. Hij werkte vanaf 1990 in diverse functies bij Sara Lee, waar
hij van 2003 tot 2008 lid was van de Raad van Bestuur van Sara Lee Corporation
en CEO was van Sara Lee International/DE. Daarvoor werkte hij bij
Procter&Gamble. Momenteel is hij ondermeer voorzitter van de Raad van
Commissarissen bij Sligro (tot medio 2017 ) en commissaris bij Cloetta AB
Sweden.
