** Shares of biopharma co Werewolf Therapeutics Inc HOWL.O
jump 27.6% after their Nasdaq debut
** Shares opened at $18.21, 14% higher than its IPO price of
$16 per share
** HOWL sold 7.5 mln shares in IPO, raising about $120 mln
** Co is focused on the development of therapeutics that
stimulate an immune system response for the treatment of cancer
** Jefferies, SVB Leerink and Evercore ISI were the joint
book-running managers for the offering
