rise as much as 6.1% to 497.7 rupees, mark biggest intraday pct
jump since Aug. 29
    ** WSTC has announced a hike in ex-mill price of writing and
printing products to 1,000 Indian rupees ($12.21) per tonne, BQ
Prime reports, citing a client note 
    ** Ex-mill price of copier products raised to 1,500 rupees,
cup stock products' price to be at 1,000 rupees - report
    ** WSTC did not immediately respond to Reuters' request for
comment
    ** Stock on track to snap 5-session losing streak during
which it lost 16.4%
    ** More than 366,000 shares change hands by 0814 GMT on
Wednesday vs 30-day avg of 372,996 shares
    ** WSTC trading ~25% below all-time high hit late August
    ** Stock up nearly 100% YTD up to last close
($1 = 81.8975 Indian rupees)
