WestRock up on plan to set up new corrugated plant in Wisconsin

** Shares of paper packager WestRock  WRK.N  up marginally
at $40 before the bell
    ** Co announces plans to build a new corrugated box plant in
Wisconsin, intends to close existing plant in North Chicago 
    ** New plant will serve all key end markets, including
retail, distribution and processed food businesses, among
others, in the Great Lakes region, WRK said 
    ** WestRock, which agreed to a $11-billion buyout deal from
Ireland's Smurfit Kappa  SKG.I , said the construction is
expected to begin in 2024 and will be completed in 2025 at a
cost of about $140 mln 
    ** In 2023, Westrock gained 18.9%
