 * Says restructuring includes reduction of headcount, consolidation of office 
   space in Aurora headquarters facility 
 * Says planned restructuring is scheduled to be completed during the fourth 
   quarter of fiscal year 2015 
 * Says planned restructuring will impact approximately 20 employees 
 * Expects to incur pretax charges totaling about $3 million 
 * Substantially all of $0.3 million of estimated cash outflows related to this
