** Shares of Western Carriers (India)  WESE.NS  rise 2.1% to
148.41 rupees
    ** The logistics services provider got an order from Tata
Steel  TISC.NS  for in-plant logistics and container rake
transportation for Tata Steel Sponge Iron Joda plant for three
years
    ** WESE down ~13% since its listing on Sept. 24
